Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

Short version: this is a reading site. It has no accounts and no cashier, it sets no advertising cookie, and the only data it records by itself is the ordinary web-server log needed to keep the page online. Anything you type into the casino happens on the operator's domain, under the operator's policy.

1. Who publishes this site

Auwin Australia guide is an independent, reader-facing reference about the Auwin casino brand. It is run privately and is not the Auwin operator, not an agent of it, and not a licensed gambling provider. Correspondence about this policy goes to hello@auwins.online.

2. What this site does not do

There is no sign-up form here, no account area, no wallet and no cashier. You cannot deposit, withdraw, place a bet or verify your identity on this domain. Every one of those steps happens on the operator's own site after you leave, under the operator's policy rather than this one. That is the single most useful thing to know about your data here: the page you are reading has almost nothing to collect.

3. Information recorded automatically

The web server writes a standard access log entry for each request: the requesting IP address, the timestamp, the path requested, the HTTP status returned, the number of bytes sent, the referring URL where the browser supplies one, and the user-agent string. These entries exist so the site can be kept online and abuse can be traced. They are not combined with anything else to build a profile of you.

4. Content delivery and security layer

Traffic reaches this domain through Cloudflare, which acts as a reverse proxy in front of the server. Cloudflare terminates the TLS connection, filters automated scraping traffic and may set its own functional cookie to distinguish a browser from a bot. Cloudflare therefore processes your IP address as part of delivering the page. Their handling of that data is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

5. Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising cookie, no cross-site tracking cookie and no cookie that remembers who you are between visits. Cookies that may be present fall into two groups: the security cookie described above, and any cookie set by the operator's domain once you have followed a link away from here. You can delete or block both from your browser settings without losing access to any part of this guide, because none of the content depends on a cookie being present.

6. Outbound link measurement

Links to the operator carry a click identifier so that a referral can be attributed. What is passed along is the identity of the referring site, the page the click came from, and which block on that page was clicked. Your name, your email address and your IP address are not inserted into those links. The purpose is commercial attribution, not identification of a reader.

7. Commercial relationship

Following a link from this guide to Auwin may earn the publisher a commission. That arrangement is the reason this site exists and it is disclosed in the footer of every page and in the Terms of Use. It does not change the price or the bonus offered to you, and it does not give the publisher access to your account.

8. What is never collected here

No payment card number, no bank detail, no copy of a passport, driver's licence or national ID, no date of birth, no residential address, no phone number and no gambling history. If a page ever asks you for any of those on this domain, it is not a page we published, and we would like to hear about it.

9. Who the data may be shared with

Log data is not sold, rented or traded. It is accessible to the hosting provider that operates the server and to the content delivery provider described above, in both cases only as far as running the service requires. It may also be disclosed where an Australian court order or a binding request from a regulator compels disclosure.

10. How long records are kept

Server access logs rotate on a short cycle and are overwritten in the ordinary course of hosting maintenance; they are not archived for long-term analysis. Click attribution records are retained by the affiliate platform for the period that platform needs to settle commissions.

11. Your rights, by where you are

Australian readers have the rights set out in the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, including the right to ask what personal information is held and to ask for a correction. Readers in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may rely on the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. California residents may exercise the rights given by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know and the right to deletion; nothing on this site is a sale or a share of personal information within the meaning of that Act. Send any such request to hello@auwins.online and say which framework you are relying on, since the verification steps differ.

12. Age limit, changes and contact

This guide is written for adults of 18 and over and is not directed at minors; no part of it is intended to be read or used by a child. If this policy changes, the revised text replaces this one at this address and the date at the top of the page moves. Questions, corrections and privacy requests: hello@auwins.online.
